Erecting and Forming
A reliable case or tray forming process – even for high speed requirements and customer-specific case formats. Before the product can be packed, the case has to be produced in the first step. Both the tray and the case former automatically pick up the blanks from a magazine, unfold them, seal the bottom flaps and present the finished cases to the downstream module.
CASE FORMER
Fast, reliable and flexible erecting of folding cases including sealing of bottom flaps
Thanks to its tried and tested technology, the case former ensures fast, automatic production of cardboard cases while covering a vast range of formats. The bottom flaps can be sealed with hot glue or self-adhesive tape before the case is supplied to the down-stream equipment.

TRAY FORMER
Our tray former unfolds your blanks of various sizes and glues the formed tray quickly and reliably.
Deliberately designed to achieve a compact, clearly arranged and easily accessible layout, the tray former can either be used a stand-alone unit or integrated into a complete line. Even unusual and special tray types such as trays with stacking lugs, reinforced corners or octogonal trays can be produced quickly and reliably with this tray former. Size changeovers are performed with only a few steps.

INDUSTRIAL ROBOT
Fitted with universal or exchangeable gripper heads, this six-axes robot can perform several jobs even in a very confined space. This makes it the perfect solution for automating subsequent operations within the packaging line, especially in low-ceiling areas.

MONOBLOCK PACKER
Compact and versatile
Thanks to its compact design and the integrated case erecting unit, this monoblock packer is a place-saving alternative to convential packaging machines. A great variety of products can be processed at a speed of up to 14 cases per minute. The cases can optionally be sealed with hot glue or self-adhesive tape. PICKER
Fast and powerful
This packaging machine is the perfect solution for packing lightweight products that have to be picked up individually and packed at high speeds. By using optimised gripping or vacuum systems, the products can be picked up quickly and safely from the infeed conveyor belt (line tracking) and loaded into the transport packaging.

Sealing
As the last station in a packaging line, the case sealer ensures that the packed case is securely sealed to protect your product during transport. We offer different sealer models to handle even special case types, e. g. with short, overlapping or single top flap
CASE SEALER
As one of the final modules the case sealer is a must in every end-of-line packaging system.
The case sealer as a stand-alone unit closes and seals the packed case with tape or hot glue to ensure that your products are perfectly safe during transport. Designed for fast changeovers, this machine is able to cover the entire size range of the complete line. Special features for handling cases with shorter or overlapping flaps are optionally available. In addition, the case sealer can be complemented with an open-flap detection or a fully automatic size changeover function.

SINGLE-FLAP CLOSER
We close the case for you
Sometimes, cases have to be closed again after opening. This is just one of the many examples for the use of single-flap cases. As a special version of our standard sealing module, the single flap closer is the perfect machine to complement your ETT-packaging line. No matter whether the flap is positioned on the short or long side of the case, ETT’s single flap closer is the perfect solution to your needs

Lidding
The lidder places a lid on the filled case to prepare it for dispatch to the retail trade. Trays or similar case types are thus securely protected against damage during transport. In addition, they can be stacked thanks to the lid attached and used as shelf-ready packaging at your customer’s point of sale.
CONVENTIONAL LIDDER
Compact and easily accessible
The conventional lidder can both insert U-lids into cases/trays and form four-sided trays around the filled case /tray. To form cover trays, the machine is fitted with a separate hot glue application unit. This module can be integrated into a new all-in-one packing system but is also suitable for implementation into your existing line.

ROBOT LIDDER
State-of-the-art robot technology
Unlike the conventional lidder which has just two axes for movement, the robot can move in all three spatial dimensions, allowing it to tilt slightly during the lidding process.

Palletising
ETT’s palletisers are powerful, versatile and efficient. They ensure gentle and careful handling of your goods as well as time- and space-saving preparation of the finished packaging for transport. As the first element of end-of-line packaging, the depalletisers unload the containers to be filled from the pallet for transfer to the filling process.

The state-of-the-art PLC systems of the depalletiser ensure ease of operation and high flexibility in production. In addition, the depalletiser offers high process-reliability and ease of changeover to different product sizes, thanks to its gripper head designed and made by ETT, while keeping maintenance costs and energy consumption at low levels.

It all starts with depalletisation
When the primary packaging is delivered on a pallet, it needs to be depalletised for to the filling process. We offer the perfect solution for the orderly depalletisation of theses products.Depending on the product properties and speed requirements, the products are unloaded either row by row or layer by layer, and can be placed on a layer table or directly onto the supply conveyor of the filling system.
